Annual Wellness Plan Visit - Short (30 min or less) (30 min)

This appointment type is to be used by all patients on the Annual Wellness Plan who need to schedule a time of 30 minutes or less.

Annual Wellness Plan Visit - Long (30-60 min) (60 min)

This type of appointment is for all patients on the Annual Wellness Visit who would like to schedule a time more than 30 minutes.

Because Dr. Camp works with clients in many different time zones, we ask that everyone use the CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ZONE when scheduling an appointment. For example, if you are on the East Coast and want a 4:00 pm, then schedule in the 3:00 pm time slot on the scheduler. If you are on Pacific time and want a 4:00 pm appointment schedule in the 7:00 pm time slot on the scheduler.
